About Buffalo Bucks

My first career was as an executive chef where I worked and trained in Atlanta, then restaurants in Cape Cod for two years, and finally landing in Washington D.C.

One of my main focuses and loves were spices from around the world. I tried to know each spice blindfolded by its aroma and taste, then knowing the best dishes for their ultimate flavor.

I still have a love for spices but I have also added coffee beans from all over the world, the flavors, and the best roasting techniques to bring you the best cup of coffee.
